Innovation
What makes your idea different or unexpected? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)
As a CEO I ran a multi-million dollar manufacturing facility for over a dozen years. This has provided me with the background and experience in order to put this project together and bring it through to fruition. As a mechanical designer I’ve utilized my skills in structural and building construction disciplines to design pre-fabricated housing units. These never built before modular units were developed to maximize living space with using a minimum amount of material and real estate.

How will your idea make a difference in Saint Paul? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)
Starting this factory in St. Paul would provide St. Paul with many highly skilled jobs, generate a huge amount of tax revenue and make available low cost living areas for its residents. Each modular unit’s unique design will allow many residents to live in comfort without feeling congested utilizing a very small real estate footprint.
Sustainability
Why do you think people will recognize or remember your idea after it comes to life? How might it inspire others to do something similar in their community? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)
The aesthetically pleasing structures will be able to be constructed on small lots and will help to beautify the inner city as well as neighborhoods in urban areas. Because they will be desirable all other cities with dense population’s I project fast growth of the company. The unique design will appeal to resort developers. They could be used in airports for those that become stranded due to delays or cancellations or just want to spend the night.
