Innovation
What makes your idea different or unexpected? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)
Biking is very popular from young to old. There are a lot of areas in St. Paul for trails that are extremely beautiful. The best part is to be out in nature by day and in the city by night. You get the best of both worlds. It is a completely feasible, responsible and progressive idea that can only be done in St. Paul. Furthermore, it will draw large bike events to the city further producing revenue and recognition to the city.

St. Paul will be the leader in innovative ways to promote heath and fun while producing revenue with minimal annual investment after the initial investment. St. Paul will be looked upon as an American role model city. This will not only benefit the entire city of St. Paul, it will benefit the state.

Why do you think people will recognize or remember your idea after it comes to life? How might it inspire others to do something similar in their community? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)
Once the trails are set. They will be there forever. Other cities will follow St. Paul's lead.
