Bring the outdoors indoors complex
Summary:
An indoor "Green Friendly" complex that would have indoor dog park with a conservatory "like" walking trail with trees and plants amd a stream and a waterfall. It could have a promenade with shops and restaurants. The New York New York Hotel in Vegas has something similar, Bass Pro Shop in AZ has a stream and a waterfall and a HUGE fresh water fish tank. Winters here are long it would be nice to have a more adult friendly indoor place to go that's warm and green and tranquil. Downtown St Paul needs an anchore store like a Bass Proshop, that's about outdoors which is what Minnesotans are all about. Add to that a great indoor park/promenade and you have a place people want to come to, to escape the winter blues. Great place for weddings, parties, corp events. The whole place could be surrounded with roll up garage type doors so it can be open air in the warmer months. Multifunctional outdoors indoors complex.

I've been to places that incorporate certain idea's that go into my idea but I have never seen anything totally like it. One of a kind!

We have the biggest shopping ammusment complex in the country why not the biggest indoor park that transforms into the biggest indoor and outdoor (during the warmer months) park complex the country.

Why do you think people will recognize or remember your idea after it comes to life? How might it inspire others to do something similar in their community? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)
It would need to be green friendly as much as possible, it would create revenue, jobs, get rid of the winter blues. Winter wouldn't be so bad if we could all escape every once and while to someplace close that's warm and green. Think Mini vacations!
