If Minnesota has more open jobs, more people will want to move into our state. My parents are starting a business and they really need help with money. If there is more money for them to use, they can open more jobs for other people and help the unemployment rate drop. Helping to give small businesses an opportunity and giving scholarships/education will improve our society. Available scholarships to open jobs- just put a small amount of interest to help it out.
