How will your idea make a difference in Saint Paul? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)

The application and implementation of this idea will create a precedent to bringing people [of many horizons and background] together to discovering and enjoying the rich cultural heritage we all brought along. It will fuel Saint Paul's Steamboats, Down Town area and City wide businesses – and we will all win...big and with significance.

Why do you think people will recognize or remember your idea after it comes to life? How might it inspire others to do something similar in their community? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)

Ignorance and fear are factors to judgmental and prejudicial thoughts. This will bridge the diverse community to harmony and synergize to making Saint Paul friendlier and greater than it now is. We will make headlines - and before long, other communities will come up with equal or better initiatives.
