Make a feature-length (95 minute) documentary film in and of the capital city of Saint Paul facing the crying needs to destroy completely the Asian Catfish in the mighty river and elsewhere in the state threatening the Minnesota sports fishing industry. It will take fighters to finish them and Minnesota has plenty. The Slaughter on "Murder;s Row", the section of "'94' from Hudson through Saint Paul, West of the River" can be alleviated somewhat, by developing a legal texting system that will work well for individual drivers who would break the law otherwise.

Using available technology with only a little new gadgetry, the catfish and can be killed in the river by the city and the legal texting system can be developed on the runway of freeway 94 in Saint Paul.

As soon as folks get over thinking these notions are "Fishy and Outer space" they will communicate and replicate the two simple systems to kill the foreign fish and reduce deadly accidents on the highway.

People being human; the spectrum of the elimination of the invaders of "The State Which Is The City", and the safening of deadly transit venues will strongly attract them, "You Betcha".
