This group is related to the
Challenge I: Ideas for Addressing Obesity in Minnesota competition.

In our fast paced, time-crunched world, societal and institutional roadblocks often hinder people from eating smart and being active. This group will connect people to discuss what these roadblocks are and how we can move past them to make the healthy choice an easier choice in our communities.

This group is moderated by Joel Spoonheim, a leader in community change who has worked for city governments, a food manufacturer, and non-profits as a leader of major initiatives that require engaging diverse stakeholders and complex problem solving.  In 2009, he led the AARP Blue Zones Vitality Project in Albert Lea, Minnesota which engaged thousands of citizens in improving the health of the community.
