There are many stray cats to be saved in Saint Paul. My idea is to fix them and then send them to communities that would feed them, making sure they do. It is sad to see their fate as it stands today.

My idea is different because it does not encourage more cats, it just saves the ones that are out there now and provides for their outdoor freedom.
