The greatest good implements the best ideas of culture but the greatest economy funds ideas for profit. Economics bring funds to the city from the economical implementation of the idea. The theme takes ideas and presents Saint Paul as a city where common problems are solved uncommonly. Saint Paul’s neighborhoods present unique problems. Supported by a city government with the unique problems of government the downtown district is vital to a healthy Saint Paul environment. What makes St. Paul great is working and spending in Saint Paul. The theme takes an idea and develops solutions for a population without work and for a group not spending in Saint Paul. Spending benefits populations in Saint Paul and businesses benefit from spending. St. Paul’s neighborhoods profit from people working or spending in the neighborhood. Spending by populations in Saint Paul serves St. Paul neighborhoods. Spending provides support for other services provided by the city. The theme provides work for spending. 1: My idea is a twist on something that already exists and is structured for the needs of Saint Paul’s disadvantaged populations. The structure is “for profit” and maintains problems are solved for profit. The problem provides populations in St. Paul w/ problem solving work. 2: My idea is new. It requires ideas to be structured for business profits. 3: My idea is unique. Generating ideas for profit is innovative and problem solving is logical. Solving a problem requires a twist on something that already exists. Solutions require problems. The problem is structured for loss but generates the solution structured for profit. The generation of ideas is work and work generates benefits in a professional structure. 4: My idea stands out because it creates a business structured to solve problems.

1: Good ideas do not alone bring people together. Working on good ideas bring concerned people together & inspire collaboration but compromise most often results in the modification of good ideas to accommodate a diverse population. Good ideas do not benefit every population. 2:The philosophy which implements the greatest virtue is modified by the greatest good & implemented the greatest economy provides the resources to sustain the grant for profit. 3: Beyond philosophies are what people actually require or desire. Desire is the motivation for work. People’s requirements motivate business spending, leveraging or sustaining the work. 4: Whether an idea benefits a neighborhood, school, park, or business the entire St. Paul benefits from increased spending.

Whether recognized or remembered simple ideas have staying power and are easily replicated. The idea is doable but requires an association. The association provides business in the city. The idea sustains and maintains the resources to solve problems which are provided by innovation.
