Mini Golf
Pig's Eye Portal to Fun
Summary:
Miniature golf is a great outing for people of all ages. Families and friends can chat and interact while moving and exercising. I propose an amazing Saint Paul themed course. Summit Hill. Grand Lane. The Cathedral and the Capitol as iconic structures. The High Bridge. The 1st National Bank. All obstacles to mark this fun and exiting course course which will have walkways, foot bridges and ponds. There could even be mannequins designed after historic Minnesotans! This would be a great learning adventure rich with history. Think of the excitement and fun for all ages. What a great attraction for Saint Paul. I guarantee it would be hopping with crowds and well used. We need this!
This course should have levels of challenge available. A design which is creative, historical and interesting to engage all ages is an absolute must.
Let's get off the bench and make this idea happen! I respectfully propose this idea and wish to thank you for offering this opportunity to make Saint Paul even better!

Innovation
What makes your idea different or unexpected? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)
This miniature golf experience would be interesting, fresh and vibrant! People will move about in the outdoor air. Sunny days would offer natural lighting, and as the evenings grow darker, there could be pleasant energy efficient lighting. This type of venue would bring people of all ages together to gather and mingle creating an interactive dynamic. Teens will have a constructive place to go. Children could develop eye-hand coordination and skills. The design and structures would be challenging enough to create a game which is not cyber-related! I suggest prizes and incentives upon completion which would be for future discounts.

This Entry is about (Issues)
How will your idea make a difference in Saint Paul? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)
This would not be a difficult sport or one which needs special training. Clubs and balls are provided. A reasonable package deal could be offered. I envision a snack bar. This site could also include a water deck of sorts on those hot, humid summer days. Because of the historical and longlasting educational perspective, people of all ages will learn more about the Capitol City. They will stop and read about past historical characters including the legendary Paul Bunyan. Buildings and unique architecture could be replicated in miniature form. F. Scott Fitzgerald and other figures from our great Saint Paul.
Sustainability
Why do you think people will recognize or remember your idea after it comes to life? How might it inspire others to do something similar in their community? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)
This idea would be one of the places that you would have to visit during a visit to Saint Paul. If it caught on, this model could be made in other places as well. It would offer real interaction and great memories. Also, it would be a terrific visual learning opportunity for learning about Saint Paul history. This would be spot which would be easily kept clean and neat. This is generational fun for the entire family. This wholesome opportunity is great for our community and would see repeat business which would be great for sustaining healthy minds and bodies.
