Even if it is just fidgeting in your chair at work, we all know the importance of being physically active every day. Join this group to discuss how Minnesotans can increase their physical activity in fun, exciting ways!
This group is moderated by Joel Spoonheim, a leader in community change who has worked for city governments, a food manufacturer, and non-profits as a leader of major initiatives that require engaging diverse stakeholders and complex problem solving. In 2009, he led the AARP Blue Zones Vitality Project in Albert Lea, Minnesota which engaged thousands of citizens in improving the health of the community.
