I am a US Army retired and a Gulf War veteran, hometown in Saint Paul with a vision of "Beautification" to revitalize this city outlook. My purpose in mind is to seed flowers of all colors to the median and both bank of the I-94 Corridor from Downtown Saint Paul up to the half-way point of Downtown Minneapolis where the Mississippi river.I will mobilize the communities to care and and maintain this project to set the example that would reflect the new look of the future. I am a US Army retired and a Gulf War veteran, hometown in Saint Paul with a vision of "Beautification" to revitalize this city outlook. "Saint Paul Beautification Project" For the past 40 years the I-94 corridor from Downtown Saint Paul to Downtown Minneapolis was poorly maintain. My idea of the I-94 Corridor of Saint Paul and Minneapolis is to be maintain by the local communities with sectional assign to individual community to seed flowers so when they bloom, as well as catch the hearts and minds of tourists who drive pass this city. If the corridor is maintain by seeding of various flowers over each summer it will extended the outlook of this city and reflect the diversity of its people and of the Nation.

You cannot forget if you drive through this corridor of I-94 and witnessed the endless of various field of flowers on both bank of this freeway and the smell of flesh scent of quality air and therefore Saint Paul will make history in the news.
