Summary:

Establish a nonprofit to do collaborative R&D to build an innovative open source set of small scale equipment buildable in vo-tech & garage workshops to enable a 4 or more person integrated forest fire protection/tree planting/sawmilling/homebuilding partnership to harvest or pick up free from tree removals 2 cords of logs per day for 100 days,to produce enough wood to build 3 spacious high quality, low cost, energy efficient, multigenerational, universal design 10 person capacity Swiss chalet style homes per year demonstrating a multiplicity of innovation. Establish One Archetypical Pattern Program whereby the partners are able to use and purchase the equipment without interest from a nonprofit funded by a "Forever" grant provided that (and this is the Key), the houses built using this equipment or using logs donated to the Program or wood received in exchange for forest protection/restoration/management work while using the equipment or with wood from Program purpose planted trees on public and private land that the houses so built will be Forever sold without interest and without the creation of debt. The first operation trains 3 sets of 3 apprentices (who can come into the program without financial resources and be supported with housing etc.) to grow the Program to 10 operational units to then to be able to build demonstration universal design cluster and co-housing developments. These 10 then train 3 sets of 3 apprentices to grow the program to 100 operational units in the metro area building 300 houses per year. 10,000 homes over the Program lifetime. 9,000 to replace the most decrepit mind numbing housing in the metro and 1,000 to build a free standing 10,000 person capacity Golden Age city to demonstrate new city infrastructure, energy, education, health and aging care, csa. and most of all, giving to all. This is the shining city on the hill, The Holy City on earth.

What makes your idea different or unexpected? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)

This is the Master's idea, their plan. While driving to study the teachings of the Masters I was given a vision of a shining city of light, a beehive of nonprofit and co-op activity, In 1977 I was shown a path to build this community.I elected to take that path & found there was person after person to point the way, neighbors up north, Potlach's special tree, the U of M pointing the way, many inventors saying "this is the way", legal frameworks given. I found I was on a path of integrating the gifts of many, seeing a new whole, a U of M trained engineer's 3 visions confirmed that the Program was to start by revitalizing run down city neighborhoods &then I was given a I Am Discourses book marked to show me the passage about "The Holy City on earth".

This Entry is about (Issues)

How will your idea make a difference in Saint Paul? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)

Terrible housing will be replaced with wonderful housing. Many will be able to build their own homes and stay out of debt for a lifetime and thereby be able to be of service to others, One income familys will again become possible & family & community will be restored. Cluster housing/co-housing developments will be so designed as to be able to provide all the services required to qualify for medicade reembursment allowing seniors to live in their own homes in the midist of a community with children. People will have access to shared community spaces and the peace of a place of there own. Many many trees will be planted and city forestry costs will be reduced. There will be meaningful productive work for many.

Why do you think people will recognize or remember your idea after it comes to life? How might it inspire others to do something similar in their community? (4000 characters maximum or approx. 500 words)

I spoke to an inventor who was using a special steel for his bandsaw blades. This inventor tole me a delegation from a 3ed world country had just been to see him as they traveled from inventor to inventor across America saying we know the small scale sawmill technology is in America what we are seeking is "the complete package" to help our people. They know that without transformational change 1 billion children will be born into grinding poverty in megaopolis slums. The Ascended Masters' Program to build 10,000 homes is waiting to be brought forth to be given to a world waiting to start 10,000 programs each building 10,000 homes.
Space in a home for each of the coming 1 billion children.
