Name your idea

FREE WATER, FREE MONEY aka Mo' Money, Mo' Water

Describe how you would use $15,000 to help your community become aware of and address water issues in Minnesota.

Campaign and subsidies for residential infrastructure to capture, collect, clean, and use rainwater in homes. Partnering with companies that build low cost and durable water collection hardware (the same sorts that are used in third world countries ie. they are cheap but still effective), will incentivize their use in residential communities. The idea can gain traction by marketing it as a money saver, especially in tough economic times.

How do you define your "community"?. How are water issues affecting your community?

Residential almost suburban neighborhood. The biggest problem is probably overuse/inefficient use of water simply because people do not consider water to be an issue.
