I work for the Department of Human Rights and Equal Economic Opportunity of the City of Saint Paul. I was one of the founding board members of Urban Boatbuilders, a youth service agency in Saint Paul, and was later Executive Director of the organization. I work with small business development and economic equity matters for the City of Saint Paul. I am an experienced youth worker and experiential educator and I view most of the issues I am passionate about through a positive youth development frame.
