Paul Bernabei is director and co-founder of Top 20 Training that provides training seminars and materials to empower students and adults to develop their potential and the potential of others. He has been a teacher, counselor, coach and administrator in Minnesota schools for over 35 years. He and his Top 20 team have trained over 200,000 students, educators, parents and other adults throughout the United States. Paul has co-authored three books: Top 20 Teens: Discovering the Best-kept Thinking, Learning and Communicating Secrets of Successful Teenagers, Top 20 Parents: Raising Happy, Responsible and Emotionally Healthy Children and Top 20 Teachers: The Revolution in American Education. Paul has also directed Share-a-Life, a Twin Cities program that provided housing and support to pregnant women in crisis. Paul and his wife Paula, a kindergarten teacher, have four daughters and eleven grandchildren. They live in St. Paul, Minnesota.
