The SOSPCO was formed in order to provide a voice for the supporters and audience of the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra. The lock-out has endangered the viability of that orchestra as the only professional resident chamber orchestra in this country. It is a world-class ensemble. Our intention is to ensure the presence of a professional chamber orchestra in our community.
