I am a US Army retired and a Gulf War veteran, hometown in Saint Paul with a vision of "Beautification" to revitalize this city outlook. My purpose in mind is to seed flowers of all colors to the median and both bank of the I-94 Corridor from Downtown Saint Paul up to the half-way point of Downtown Minneapolis where the Mississippi river.I will mobilize the communities to care and and maintain this project to set the example that would reflect the new look of the future. I called this " Saint Paul Beautification Project"
